Orchestration Timeline Notice: To secure custom floral curations and premier architectural staging, foundational environments require a minimum of 14 days advance notice. Grand milestone galas and larger group venues require a 30-day structural design runway.

Moments 2 Memories — Luxury Experience Agreement

1. DESIGN LOCK & BOOKING POLICIES
Section 1.1: The 72-Hour Design Lock & Processing Window. To ensure we can source and prepare your custom decor, all design choices, color schemes, custom signs, and venue access details must be finalized and signed off within 72 hours of your initial booking. This will be completed during a 15 minute consultation.

1.2 Retainer Policy: A 25% non-refundable retainer is required to officially hold and secure your chosen date on our layout calendar. The remaining balance must be fully cleared 48 hours prior to room staging orchestration.
